Problem
The platform had no seamless end-to-end path for trading an artwork. Users could arrive, browse and form intent — then had to leave to actually transact, completing the trade on an external marketplace.
That's a value-leakage problem before it's a UI one: the product owned discovery but not conversion, so liquidity, fee revenue and token demand all accrued elsewhere. Bounce rate sat at 82%. The platform was functioning as a shop window for competitors.

Solution
Close the loop on-platform, and make it legible to two very different levels of fluency.
The marketplace was integrated directly into the product, so buying and selling complete without an external hop. Navigation became properly faceted — filtering by creator, collection, rarity and price — so users could form and act on intent in one continuous flow. On-chain verification surfaces authenticity and provenance at the point of decision, with all auction, sale and transaction fees disclosed up front rather than at commit. The interface was designed for dual fluency: clear wayfinding, concise information and visual aids that serve beginners without slowing experienced collectors.
Result: bounce rate fell from 82% to 37%, 1,420 NFT assets were listed within three months, and token value rose 6.5% — ahead of the 5% target.
